How fresh is your coffee?
We roast in small batches within 48 hours of your order. Your coffee arrives 4–6 days post-roast, ensuring you experience peak flavor and aroma not stale beans that have been sitting on a shelf for weeks.
What does “specialty-grade” mean?
All our coffee beans score 80+ on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale. This means you’re getting exceptional quality: carefully sourced, expertly roasted, and free from defects.
What is SCA scoring mean?
The SCA scale evaluates attributes like aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and balance, with higher scores indicating more distinct and complex profiles (e.g., 80-84.99 is Very Good, 85+ is Excellent).
Where do you source your beans?
We source specialty-grade beans from top growing regions worldwide Ethiopia, Brazil, Kenya, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Tanzania, Peru, Mexico, and Bali. Each origin brings unique flavor notes and character to your cup.
Do you offer decaf?
Yes! Our Moonlight on Magazine is a Swiss Water Process decaf that delivers full flavor without the caffeine. It’s smooth, rich, and perfect for evening sipping.
Do you offer high caffeine coffees?
Yes! Our Mardi Gras Energy collection offers that "extra punch" of caffeine.
Do you offer functional coffee or tea, e.g., mushroom coffee?
No! We do not carry functional beverages at this time.
What tea varieties do you carry?
Our curated tea collection includes black teas (English Breakfast, Masala Chai, Earl Grey), green teas (Hojicha, Jasmine), and herbal blends (Hibiscus Berry, Apple Cider Rooibos, Mango, Peach). Each is selected for aroma, balance, and comfort.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship for free?
Yes! US shipping is free on all orders via USPS. Orders ship in 1–3 business days by USPS with a usual transit time of 3–5 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Can I subscribe for regular deliveries?
Absolutely. Our subscription service offers flexible delivery schedules and savings on every order. Never run out of your favorite roast again.
What if I’m not sure which coffee to try first?
Start with our Sample Packs. They’re the easiest way to explore different roast levels, origins, and flavor profiles. We offer Best Sellers, Single Origin Favorites, and Flavored Coffees Sample Packs.

We offer light, medium, and dark roasts across our collections: - Sunrise on the Esplanade (Light Roasts): Bright, crisp, and vibrant - Garden District Classics (Medium Roasts): Smooth, balanced, and approachable - Midnight on Bourbon (Dark Roasts): Bold, intense, and full-bodied
How much does a cup of your coffee cost?
Between $0.77 and $1.04 per cup (depending on bag size) a fraction of what you’d pay at a coffee shop, with superior freshness and quality.
Do you have flavored coffee?
Yes! Our French Quarter Indulgence collection includes: - Beignet & Brew (French Vanilla) - Praline Promenade (Hazelnut) - Rue Royal Sweet Spice (Cinnabun) - Rue Du Rampart (Caramel) - Café au Lait Courtyard (Mocha) - Rue Decatur Sweet Spice (Cinnamon Hazelnut)
Are your products organic or Fair Trade certified?
Currently, we do not carry organic or Fair Trade certifications due to our dropshipping model. However, we’re committed to sourcing specialty-grade beans from reputable growers and are exploring direct partnerships for future certified offerings.

Saint Phillip Street is a nod to the heart of New Orleans a city where coffee isn’t just a drink, it’s a ritual, a tradition, and a way of life. Our brand celebrates the elegance, heritage, and soul of the French Quarter and beyond.
Why New Orleans-inspired names?
Every product is named after iconic NOLA streets, neighborhoods, and cultural landmarks French Quarter Morning, Bourbon Street Bold, Garden District Elegance, Mardi Gras Gold. It’s our way of honoring the city’s rich coffee culture and inviting you to experience a taste of New Orleans in every cup.
Do you have a physical location?
We’re an e-commerce brand based in Mississippi, but our heart belongs to New Orleans. We’re exploring brick-and-mortar collaborations and local market participation in the future.

What’s your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we roast to order, please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel. Once your coffee is roasted and shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
